Janji Joni

pertamanya gue agak skeptis pas masuk...
ternyata di luar ekspektasi...
cukup 'sakit', namun gak berlebihan...
...
gue sempet merasa ada bagian yg terlalu gak wajar...
karena ngompare sama 'lockstock'...
yg menurut gue, walau 'sakit' tapi wajar aja...
trus... gue mikir lagi...
mungkin karena gue bukan org inggris...
jadi gak bisa ngompare film itu dengan kenyataan di sana...
...
kesimpulannya...
film ini bukan utk ditonton dengan logika...
walau 'stamina'-nya menurut gue agak kedodoran pas di tengah...
secara keseluruhan...

pas pertama mulai bikin blog ini...
semangatnya bukan maen...
ngutak ngatik html buat nge-customize tampilan...
mikirin mau nulis apa aja...
yang keren keren, biar keliatan pinter, kritis dan cool...
semangat eksistensi diri masih menggebu rupanya...
berharap bisa numpahin 'kegelisahan' yang sudah mengkronis...

setelah punya blog...
gawatnya...
'kegelisahan' itu ternyata udah meredup...
ternyata gue emang udah jadi skrup...
1 dari 5 milyar penduduk bumi...
(udah lebih banyak sih kayaknya)
...
eksistensi diri jadi kurang menarik...
dibanding sama winning eleven...
ato maen sama si orin...
...
sekarang...
kegelisahan gue adalah...
kenapa gue kok gak gelisah...

My Little Angel


Minggu, 5 Desember 2004, Athena Orin Mok dibaptis di gereja GKI Kebayoran Baru. Gak banyak persiapan, kecuali hari Sabtunya latihan di gereja dulu.

Temen-temen juga gak gue inform, karena sebenarnya gue gak terlalu mikirin acara ini. Pas hari H, di gereja, gue baru berasa. Di tengah orang-orang tua yang tampil rapi dengan jas atau batik, gue cuma pake kemeja putih. Riri juga gak seheboh tampilan ibu-ibu yang lain. Dan yang paling jelas, sementara anak-anak / bayi lain tampil cantik dengan pakaian putih berenda-renda (malah ada yang pake baju bidadari lengkap dengan tongkatnya), Orin cuma pake baju dari bahan kaos. Yang mungkin agak menetralisir, kaosnya ada tulisan "angel" di dada dan tulisan "way-out" di bagian pantatnya.

Di gereja, pas lagi nunggu seremoni pembabtisan, gue jadi mikir. Apa gue dan Riri emang terlalu cuek untuk acara seperti ini? Apakah gue dan Riri memang bukan orang yang "konservatif"? Padahal seumur-umur gue selalu menganggap diri gue cukup "konservatif", terutama masalah penampilan. Buktinya gue gak pernah dengan sengaja ingin tampil beda di moment apapun.

Kesimpulannya, di hari Minggu itu, untuk pertama kalinya gue merasa menjadi orang yang gak "konservatif". 'My little angel' tampil gak serupa dengan angel-angel kecil lainnya... dan sejujurnya, memang bukan hanya tampilannya saja yang berbeda di mata gue...
